Dunkin' - Woodbridge

Just ordered here and they gave us coffee that was completely watered down and not even slightly warm.

I hate this dunkin!!!! they never listen and they always have an attitude. I said i want lemonade in my drink and they rudely yelled at me that they don’t have it anymore!! and then i asked for a strawberry donut with sprinkles and they gave me no sprinkles!!!!! and i asked for a frozen hot chocolate WITH whipped cream. AND GUESS WHAT??? NO WHIPPED CREAM -1000/10

I enjoy this place, I come here on the weekends for breakfast all the time. Olivia is a very sweet young girl and is very helpful. She always puts a smile on my face?

Drive thru GIRL. had a very bad attitude and no customer service at all.

Order 8249, i ordered 2 drinks and 2 bagels with cream cheese and jelly via the drive thru and it already started on a bad note, first the drive thru teller had an attitude, second, they messed up on one of the drinks, i asked if they can please remake it, they did with an attitude. A lady brings out the food, as I’m on the road i bit into my bagel and a i pulled 4” gray hair out of my mouth. Very disgusting. Please be careful.
