Chipotle Mexican Grill - Woodbridge

A great place to get Chipotle in Lake Ridge area February 2022, this restaurant chain saw its 3000 stores in the United States with its ultimate goal 7000 stores in the USA. I was at many of her locations. They are specialized in bowls and burritos cooked with fresh ingredients and prepared where the consumer can see them. This particular one is located in Lake Ridge. Google Maps brings you right, but it is in a busy traffic area and so can be a little challenging to get new to people in the area. It is located on the northeast corner of Prince William Parkway and 294. It lies on a hill between a McDonald's and a Mediterranean restaurant. There are about 25 parking spaces, so if it is busy, you may need to park in an adjacent plot. We ordered online and the food was ready when we arrived for the pickup. The restaurant was clean and not very busy when we were there. Our order was ready with our name and we picked it up and ran it off. The prices were consistent for the area and the meal and the food were good, but the part amount for a chicken dish seemed small compared to several other Chipotle restaurants we visited. Overall, it was a good meal at a reasonable price that I would recommend to other travelers.

This chipotle is on the hill. In addition to waiting 40 minutes on 2 Burrito bowls, the diet coke from the machine is coke (not diet coke), there are no napkins in the donors and each single table is dirty. And good luck to help everyone because they are too busy fighting with other customers.

This place is the worst? This place runs consistently 20-30 minutes after. There are 3 other places within a few miles that do not have this problem. I assume it's a management problem because this location seems extremely bad employee development and the turnover rate seems quite high, as there are always new faces.

I have given this place so many possibilities and every time I have a terrible culinary experience. Whether you go to the restaurant or order online for delivery or pickup. Food quality is not the same with other Chipotle locations. The chicken is always fed and comminuted. If you order double portions of meat, it is never as much as you would get in other places. I have burned chips in many places. Another review mentioned the Guacamole with extra large pieces of Avocado. Just another example of poor food preparation. There is no quality assurance regarding food. The service is terrible. The staff is not nice. I'll never order them again.

I?ve order guacamole at this location multiple times and they don?t make it correctly. They don?t take the time to crush the avocados. This time, there was half an avocado, in tact, in the small plastic cup of guacamole. What?s the point?
