I have copied pasted see below: The food is quite good but unfortunately I have come in here several times and been overcharged. The first couple of times I just let it slide but I 'm not going to do that anymore. Watch when the owner tally 's up your order. I have checked the current menu against it many times and he charges an extra 0.50 here or 0.50 there. This has happened to me more than once so because of their dishonest practices I don 't think I 'm going to come back here. Nice way to stick it to the customers. If you want to raise your price fine but update your menu and be honest about it. Since Covid local competition Knot Just Bagels closed down the owner for this shop has steadily raised prices, which is somewhat understandable. However, I 've also fell victim to DISHONEST PRACTICES at this location a few times and stop giving my business for at least a year. Unfortunately, I gave them a chance this morning and got overcharged again. My order was for 11 but the charge on my card was for 12.12.P.S.The food is not even that good! This bagel shop is always busy has alot business. Why the owner sees the need to cheat their non regular customers? GREED.
I came in there, at the very last minute, they were cleaning up to go home...I ordered a beef cheese steak with extra everything white American cheese (like a true foodie)That might have been one of the best sandwiches ever! Thanks guys!
I called and ordered a bacon egg and cheese, the person repeated my order back to me. When I got there, they made it with bacon and sausage. The person black hair female) said well I heard sausage. The owner said well it's not yours if it's wrong. I just took it because I'm not coming back, i drove 20 minutes, not again. I understand the hustle and bustle of working and moving fast, but there was no regards for customer service..... really went down within the last year. However the lady with the blond hair, she's very great and friendly.
I normally don't like to write review of this nature. I have ordered and been satisfied with the service and the breakfast food until now. I ordered a Western Omelet and was asked if I wanted Cheese in the Omelet I replied NO Cheese. I get home and what do I find Cheese has been added to my Omelet. I don't get it, more and more places I order food from 95% of the time its wrong. I won't be using Charies for my breakfast any more. I"M DONE! Like all eating establishments that get my order wrong once, I don't give them a second thought ever again. In fact it is hard to find a reliable source of take out food in Woodbridge without being dissatisfied. This town has gone to the Dogs!
