My daughter and daughter in law took me out for my birthday meal today. I have to say I was so disappointed, not only in the service but the food. I ordered the burger man burger, which used to be my favorite. I do not like the new changes with the smash burgers now but the real down fall was they didn't even put the crispy onions on it, which is one of the main things that makes it the burgerman burger. When I brought it to the waitresses attention, she just said sorry and they would take it off the bill. When she came back she said they would take 50% off my burger,but didn't even offer to bring any crispy onions to add to it, she just walked away. The Woodvillage location was where we used to go with my son who passed away, so it was meaningful for me to choose this location to spend my birthday meal to feel closer to him. I was so disappointed all the way around. I'm not sure I will make the long trip to return after this experience. The pizza here has come a long way, its always been good but was always just good, but now easily in my top 3 favorite pizzas, its extra cheesy now and the crust has been perfected. Me and my family love the queso and chips for a start up appetizer. We visit this place a few times a month and we are always happy with our service.
