Bidra med feedbackI placed an order via Uber, the store does not have what I want but refuse to cancel the order. They also do not answer their phone. This is terrible business. This is terribly unprofessional. I currently have a broken foot and am unable to go into the store myself and the fact they do not answer the phone is even worse. I am very upset and will absolutely write a letter to HQ.
We ordered from this baskin Robbins one night and the order came very wrong. That’s not a huge deal, but the second time we ordered from here, instead of Oreos the place put almonds in it. Without knowledge of the customer’s allergies they altered the order without informing us. Avoid if you want to have a good experience

Manager, lady with red hair, needs to fix her attitude... i always go to this location but damn she has an attitude, never wants to help and made me go back to pay .50 cents for cream cheese, like i don't mind paying but could've been like it's on us but next time you have to pay it.. but she waited for me to pay and than gave me the cream cheese, couldn't even put it in my bagel. Every other Dunkin always does it and never give me a problem for it .
I 'm a regular customer here, since I live in the complex. Food is consistent, but today was the WORST customer service I 've ever received. I placed an order ahead, which I do all the time since the pandemic, to limit exposure to others. I ordered my usual large iced coffee and a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. The coffee was ready but the bagel was not- and there was no one in sight to ask. When the person behind the counter came out from the back (a young kid, maybe in his late teens or early 20s), I inquired politely as to where my bagel was (since I 'd ordered about 20 minutes ago). I was met with, "I 'm the only one here. You need to f chill out you f c Wow. Just. Wow. I also had to ask multiple times just to get a straw, each time was met with the same string of profanities and names. All the while, he was making my bagel- and when I saw him drop a huge ball of spit into my bagel (with the intention of serving it to me that way), I politely asked him to remake it- kindly without a side of bodily fluid. He outright refused to do so- again adding a healthy string of profanities and names. Needless to say, I walked out with my iced coffee, but without the bagel (which was already paid for). Never again will I be coming here. I 'd rather drive a little extra to get better customer service- without the profanity-laced response, and without a side of bodily fluid. Eat here at your own risk!
