The Cafe - Wolverhampton

It seems to be nice on a Friday. have tried in the week and on a Saturday, bacon is either oink or if it is done after well it comes cumulated to grab the point u can it in the half, the girl on the phone is also miserable, the girl on Friday is but very polite! the man who delivers me can be quite abrupt.

As they can see from the picture the cafe believe that this is a bacon cheese toastie, and after talking to them about a phone call the dame that took the call seemed to forget that while she was on the manager. (what she proposed...not me) I could hear everything she said, including the part "I'm going to swear by this guy"! the “Manager” was also extremely unapologetic and not helping me to have my fair share of bacon cheese toasties elsewhere, I don’t know what you are. no apologies, no offer of a refund and not even a proposal for a replacement. oh and by the way, this is the 2nd opportunity, this has happened with this cafe. I should have known better.

Googled caffes near me, as I was in any caffe in my vault was stumbled over this caffe. very nice inside. the personal was happy and pleasant. prices were appropriate. had my 2 yr old day with us, who had a child-worst meal. it was already cut up for them, which I found really good, as it does not. bacon could cook abit longer, but tht is according to my preference. will be recommending this place and return

Always end in cafe! can not beat it drive around 15 minutes only for their best sandwiches. great prices, nice atmosphere and a few good shrubs. the staff is always pleasant on the phone personally, very friendly helpful! many thanks to the...Cafe lauren oxo

Iv ordered from here a few times and it's been good food... One time I ordered the food wasn't great sausages clearly reheated I called back (I run a shop so waited till it was quite) got told that everything is cooked fresh and the...they had just cooked them fresh (clearly a lie everything is kept in a brambury) The Co owner (who delivers) brings my new sandwiches back being rude no customer service arguing with me in a shop while there are customers waiting... Storms out of the shop leaving the old Sandwitches on the counter I go out and pass them to him he decides its a good idea to throw them at my shop door poor poor service it's a shame I probably spent 40 quid a week here as well
