Pizza Hut Wolverhampton

We visited the restaurant today as part of the "Eat Out to Help Out" deal. There was a line outside of people who hadn't made reservations, but as soon as we mentioned we had booked, we were escorted to our table. I was impressed by the steps they had taken for COVID-19 safety - we brought our own menus, ordered and paid through our mobile phones to minimize contact with the waitress. There was no salad bar, instead we were served a bowl of salad with our meal. There was no ice cream factory, but they brought ice cream and sweets to our table - they had thought of everything. The food was served quickly (but not too quickly) and was delicious. The waitress was friendly and polite despite the busy atmosphere. I felt very safe dining there due to the extensive safety measures they had put in place.

I understand the precautions for COVID-19, but this is excessive. A coleslaw salad should have a variety of ingredients, not just a blob of coleslaw in the middle of the plate. It was disappointing considering we were the only customers in the restaurant. The service was unhelpful and the overall experience was not pleasant.

Not at this Pizza Hut. Spoke to 3 members of staff when they asked about my food and not one of them said sorry to hear your food was cold. What they are good at is just saying they will let the manager know. To be fair to the manager she was polite, they need to take a leaf out of her book.

Cant believe how much I had to pay for one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. Overcooked, way too dry and very skimpy on the toppings. I can get better from a supermarket freezer for a fifth of the price. It seemed to me it had been left under the heater for too long as it was completely devoid of moisture or taste, like one that you find uneaten that you had left from the day before! The base was poor and not fresh at all. Never again!

My family and I sometimes go to Pizza Hut and a film as a treat. Saturday night My husband and I decided to do just that as it was our wedding anniversary. On arrival we had to wait quite a while for someone to acknowledge that we were there, then finally taken to our seat. considering the change in weather they still had the air con on and it was very uncomfortable to sit in. We order our meal when our fries arrived they were luke warm and then the pizza arrived to being over cooked and the plates were cold so by the time we got to eat the last piece of pizza that was also cold. All in all was very disappointed in the whole meal as normally we really enjoy it.
