Costa Coffee - Wolverhampton

Had a coffee and sandwich. Very good as always. Staff efficient, polite, friendly. Thanks guys! Why have I got to write 100 characters?! Stupid TripAdvisor

I visit with my mum regularly. The quality of coffee is consistent. The service is always excellent. It's kept clean and tidy.

My Husband and I visited this Costa store yesterday on our way back from hospital which is across the road. We grabbed a quick sandwich from subway and sat outside with a coffee only to be told off by Costa staff young short girl with black hair for eating food at their table from a different store! Despite the fact that we were also drinking coffee we paid for! She proceeded to CALL SECURITY on us over sandwich! I mean honestly this girl should have a word with herself and evaluate her life! Half of the customers visiting this store will be on the way back from the nearby hospital which means their day has already been distressed as it is! Her behaviour was completely in humane and she should take into consideration her clientele! We are in the middle of global pandemic, people are trying their best not to fall apart! They don’t need a security being called on them over sandwich. I have logged an official complaint with Costa over this. Thankfully the security saw sense and told us to enjoy our food!!! Even they knew how ridiculous the situation was! What a waste of their time. That girl should be sacked.

This is lovely Costa store, the staff are friendly welcoming, but it does occasionally get really busy.

This is always a busy Costa but the queues go quickly. The coronavirus rules were stuck to by staff. A member of staff cleaned a high chair for my granddaughter which I was really grateful of. Food and drinks were excellent as always.. I can never fault Costa. I always leave with a full belly
