This restaurant is elegant and refined, with exceptional customer service. The food is prepared with care and I will definitely be returning!

The food was good, daycor basic but not gordy just nice and tidy. The staff was very efficient and very attentive and the food delivered with efficiently and care. My starters was salfish fritter two and my main course was, salt fish and ake green banana yam and dumplings all steamed I know I love saltfish and hard food

Our church group booked a table for 11 people at Caribba for fellowship on Friday, August 19, 2022, based on positive reviews. We provided our meal choices in advance as requested, but the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. Service was slow, staff were inexperienced, and there were issues with meal delivery and availability. The prices were inconsistent, the portions were small, and the overall experience was unpleasant. The manager tried to justify the poor service, but it was clear that Caribba fell short of expectations. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant. We reluctantly give it 1 star.

I was not impressed with this restaurant. The organization was lacking, as the room was not ready upon arrival for our family event. The buffet service provided food that was not hot and lacked freshness, leading to complaints from some guests. The selection of food was limited, especially the curry, and the vegetarian and vegan options were disappointing despite being requested in advance. Tap water had to be requested, which is typically provided as a standard in a restaurant. Service was lacking, as there was no one checking on our experience and plates were slow to be cleared. We were charged for room hire even though the layout was not suitable for an event. Issues with lack of toilet paper and a missing toilet seat were also present. Inadequate communication, subpar food quality, and overall poor experience lead me to not recommend this restaurant to others.

Sadly, I was not impressed. It was badly organised. This was a family event and on arrival the room was not ready. We had a buffet service and the food was not hot. We had a few people complain about this, along with the freshness. There was not a good selection of food, nor was there a lot of food and very little curry. The vegetarian and vegan option was disappointing and non-existent when they were aware in advance. They knocked up something last minute and were still charging the same money. It claims to be a restaurant but you expect tap water on the table as standard which had to be requested. There was no one coming round to make sure everything was ok which was disappointing, as you expect that type of service from a restaurant. It took some time for the plates to be cleared from the table. We were charged for room hire and it was not a room. The layout was not great to accommodate an event. We had to ask for toilet roll and in one of the toilets there was no toilet seat which was on the floor. You had to keep getting up and moving for the DJ to get set up, which should have been set up prior. You can't be expecting people to keep getting up from the chair whilst equipment is brought in. The space is so limited on one side of the room you can't pass by without someone having to move their chair which is not good and an inconvenience. Overall, communication was poor, and the food and what was provided was not worth the money, nor was the venue. I have emailed the restaurant who have yet to acknowledge, and on that basis I want be returning and I wouldn't be recommending the venue to other people.
