Bidra med feedbackWe celebrated my husband's birthday on Monday at the restaurant. the table was beautifully covered, the gifts for him were already on site when we arrived. the greeting from the kitchen was very good, but the others feed everything. the bark carpaccio was excellent. I had jacobsmuschel/redtail garnel/ thunfish with washabi, just great. everything prepared and well lubricated. to the main course there were ceremonies or crabs of Jacobsmuschel Rotschwanz Garnel. a dream! the conclusion was a perfect créme brûlee. weaving was selected very well by Sommelier. the service was excellent at all. even the cook asked us if everything should be fulfilled. we would like to thank you again for this beautiful evening at the restaurant and we are very happy to come back.
Now we know why it means Jott aud the point because everything is on point! Excellent service, excellent cuisine, relaxed atmosphere. Really a successful evening, we definitely come back!
We came to the Valentine's Day Menu and were in the restaurant for the first time. From the outside an inconspicuous small rural hotel complex in a small place with direct proximity to VW and the highway. Downtown Wolfsburg less than 5 minutes by car to reach. The restaurant from the inside modern and tastefully furnished, had something of clubhouse character for me. Great is the insight into the kitchen when entering the restaurant. But even more impressive are the meat refrigerators! For meat lovers a dream! The service was very courteous and attentive, all evening (we were there 3.5h). It was taken care of when the glasses of wine and water were empty and unrequired. For each gear there was a detailed explanation of the products used on the plate. The guide to the refrigerators and the information about the respective meat varieties was also incredibly exciting. Now to the most important point that food. The menu had taste, the used products, the presentation as well as serving stars level!!! There was nothing I could complain about, little things if you want to criticize for hats or stars in the service, but that is then really the needle in the haystack and strive for perfection. The price level is already extremely high at the 100g prices for meat. But you also get top quality and great craftsmanship in the kitchen. The selection of wine and drinks is also good because everyone should find something. The wines are between €20-85. Have the focus more on German wine which I liked very much. Home a great restaurant. Here you should have eaten to make yourself a picture, even a must for steak lovers! It is the best restaurant in the region regarding meat quality! But important! You should be wide for proper quality also want to pay.
The reception was friendly and accommodating. First, the dry aged cabinets were presented and there was a detailed explanation of all varieties beef. We would have liked to have been asked at some moment before or after, whether we even want to eat meat. There was very tasty and fresh bread before eating and then a greeting from the kitchen that was superbly delicious and well combined. The meatless menu part of the card is quite manageable and therefore one does not have the great choice as a guest. There is another card that is primarily intended for the bistro. But you have to know that first. In the end, you should not be surprised at the price, because money is not spoken and a simple piece of meat can then cost well and like 100 euros or more. The animal gold is paid after grams. The ambience is very beautiful and the room size is clear. If fully equipped then also with the corresponding noise level. As a meat eater, you're good. The supplements are classic. As a vegetarian you must like a combination of broccoli, goat cheese, almond milk and pomelo. Otherwise, it looks bad with getting tired. In the end we were tired. But with very mixed feelings.
