Waidele Cafe - Wolfach

Here on a trip through Hornberg. Very pleasant surprise as coffee and pastries were great and the service was friendly and efficient. They serve a big breakfast that looked good even though we tried.

This is a fairly large cafe on Wolfach's Main Street. We had coffee, a kind of cake with strawberries and of course, Black Forest Cake. All were what one would expect from a local pastry shop. The Germans make good cakes. If I were able...to return to the area, I would certainly stop by here again for coffee and cake.

Here after a walk through Wolfach after visiting the Dorotheenhütte. The café has been unchanged for many years, but has a pleasant local feeling. Cake is excellent. Service very friendly.

In addition to bad service and mediocre coffee and cake, we were an invoice with 3 (randomly added) cakes more than we! When we complained, they only said sad, angry as apologetic. Unbelievable.
