Slice Of The Bronx Pizza - Wolcott

Good eating and friendly environment. the food is also prepared quickly and I had no problems with eating or service so far. it is one of the pizza places, of which all my children will eat without complaining about not likeing the pizza. we only had pizza from there and never tried anything else.

Most pizza places in the area are duds, this place however has decent slices, and they are the huge slices customary to New York, not these little chuckee cheese slices other guys cut. Pretty solid, the food was good, they are generous when it comes to salads- I will say the signs to this place are basic as hell- be patient while riding by as its tucked behind a bar haha.

Always reliable and delicious. But it should be cut like they do in the Bronx. 8 equal slices.

Usually I order here because it’s close and the pizza is fine. This time I ordered eggplant Parmesan and I’ve never seen anything like it. Super thin slices of eggplant that are mostly made up of breading and it’s smothered in sauce. So it was basically soggy bread with sauce and cheese on top. I regret ordering here, especially because I paid $13 to only eat the ziti that it came with. I can’t imagine what their other dishes are like, don’t want to find out. I’d say stick with the pizza if you’re ordering here.

Pizza and manicotti lacked sauce and flavor; I thought they would be better per the reviews but so wrong and a waste of money and time. This is not the Bronx by any means!
