Costa Coffee - Wokingham

Visiting this restaurant every weekend. Good selection of food and drinks. Staff makes you feel not very comfortable there. There is no good atmosphere in that restaurant, you simply don't feel really welcome there. There was one incident I was involved, when my contact less payment failed. I have been told in very rude way to leave the restaurant. I haven't been even asked to use another payment method. I ignored that and I put my card in to the reader and was able to complete the payment using my pin.

Came in for a drink and the staff were beyond welcoming. Very polite, great people skills. Would visit again.

Whilst sitting in the establishment, we witnessed who we presume was the manager being rude to one of the team members in front of the customers, we found it to be very unprofessional and probably very embarrassing for the team member.

Went in at 5.05pm, it closes at 5.30pm. Both staff members ignored me for ages, so I checked politely if they were still open and they were sour faced and rude. Would have walked out but on principle took my coffee and left.

Friendly staff who are working very hard. Warm welcome and accommodating. Sometimes not great food choice but think there have been supplier issues
