Bidra med feedbackThis review has nothing to do with the quality or taste of their sandwiches that are amazing. HOWEVER. While I was on my order, was I witnessing this older lady manager/owner? to cheat the two workers, even to the point of taking a sandwich and throwing it right into the garbage because they have something mixed up? Each individual customer in the joint felt bad for the two. I hope you find a job where they are nicer to you because holy duck, that was my first, and now my last time came to this special store. What a terrible woman. Be nice to your staff, or you don't have to worry about confused orders because you're the only one to do them. Absolutely ineffective what I experienced today. Shame on you. My heart goes to the staff. Jesus. In response to the irritating response, I bet you cheated the two guys. There was also a girl to work there and is therefore no new rating, there was a few months back on the way through Woburn, so there is a great chance that the two guys have quit since then. Show your ass. Help, like mental help. (Edited 2x, first, to make sure that people knew that I was talking about the manager or the superior, the THREW Sandwiches gone and screamed on the guys when they messed up an order, and I swear I dig through virtual revenue to prove that I was there. Second processing was to address the answer.
The food was great as it is always, but the customer service is terrible at this point. The old lady behind the counter complained that she was clocked for 4 hours and was overwhelmed, the store was empty except for 2 other people. Another thing was complaining about the Dash Orders door constantly coming and that they locked the door so that they could not get in the time when I was eating, only one person came to pick up an order, this was 10 minutes before my departure and the man was waiting for his sandwich to be made. Right.

I am visiting from out of town so i may have different expectations of what is customer service. I came into the restaurant around 108 pm on a Weds. on my break . When i arrived the store was clean and there were about 3 people (customers in the store). The two employees a guy making the sandwich with glasses and an elderly woman who was working the register. They were arguing and as i come to make my order she didnt greet me and said swipe your card after i ordered my food. She then basically threw my cup at me. I said im not sure why you are being rude to me. she stated we are very busy . I said there are like 3 people here . She said well we have alot of online orders as well. and walked away. Needless to say 30 mins later my food was made and after i watched her smile at everyone else and tell them sorry for the wait. Once my order came up i said thank you and was not told sorry for the wait or thank you. By far for my experience it was a bad one. Going to also contact corporate as well.
Manager at this store is incredible, she goes out of her way all the time, either on the phone or in person, she has the patients of a saint, and it absolutely shows in the quality of her work and the high standard in which she keeps her shop. Everything going out the door is always to perfection. I actually thought she owned the branch. Her son is equally dedicated. Very Hard workers, especially during the pandemic. Credit is due when your that dedicated and there is shortage of workers everywhere. I know when i order for my family no matter how busy it gets, im bringing home the best subs ever made
