Firehouse Subs - Woburn

The manager at this restaurant is truly exceptional. She consistently goes above and beyond, whether on the phone or in person. Her patience is admirable, and it clearly reflects in the quality of her work and the high standards she maintains for her establishment. Every item that leaves the kitchen is perfected. I genuinely believe she represents the best of the industry. Her team is also incredibly dedicated and hardworking, especially during the pandemic, when labor shortages were a challenge. I know that whenever I order for my family, no matter how busy it gets, I can always count on bringing home the best subs ever made.

I had a Cheddar Brisket Sub, and it was much better than I anticipated. The price was a bit steep, but that's okay. I’m giving it 4 stars because the flavors were quite intense.
