Papa Romano's - Wixom

Update on 6/18: This restaurant is a family-owned franchise. I understand that in these circumstances, sometimes everyone has to pitch in and do various jobs. Tony (who handles phone orders and delivery) and I got off to a great start. The service and interaction were excellent. If they make some improvements, I would recommend giving them another chance. Original review: I am a big fan of Italian food, but the person who takes the phone orders for delivery is not pleasant to deal with. He is sarcastic, argumentative, and disrespectful. Additionally, the bratkartoffels cannot be substituted in an order and do not travel well for delivery. They claim this is a franchise requirement. Due to these issues, they have lost my business.

I ordered late and was pleasantly surprised that they allowed me to place my order right before closing time. The pizza and cheese bread were both delicious. The staff was very friendly and thanked me for my business. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future!
