General This restaurant is highly recommended. The card is very well sorted and offers a reasonable selection of dishes. Which are then very well prepared. We had several different dishes and they were all very successful. Operation The controls are very polite and accommodating. What is important to me is not intrusive. Food The food is really excellent, both tasteful and dressed. Very highly recommended. The ambience The guest room is quite small and sometimes looks a little loud. Cleanliness In Puncto cleanliness, there is neither a problem in the guest room nor in the toilets.
General We have known the forest restaurant to the Daberbach for many years and have been able to observe this occasionally on the kitchen. Our birthday party with Grandma was another occasion. Short and good: IMFAVER VERY GOOD!!! We felt very comfortable in all matters and can only highly recommend this small restaurant between Wittstock and Röbel! Even if we are very pampered with the rich Berlin restaurant offer, this small restaurant in the province is always worth a visit. Operation Very attentive, fast and intrusive operation, which knew what to consider The food A small, clearly structured menu with real highlights. You should have tried the regional knee-perkohl. All guests had to make heavy decisions on the basis of the very seductively sounding dishes. But there in family you could always taste other plates. No matter what food was ordered. Each was chosen more than value. Whether vegetarian, regional cuisine or wishes for extra sauce (simply too tasty) for wild or poultry were immediately met.The Brulé from the tonka bean led to the fact that even more dessert-abgenerated guests later ordered this highlight. An absolute must!!! The ambience A funny small country restaurant. Fits and looks very cozy.
The mouth to mouth propaganda worked. You should be able to eat there very well, inexpensive and rich. We called, actually, just to ask if it was open. The young hostess told, it will be full and we should reserve. we couldn't believe that: away from the place in the deep forest and then German cuisine. We reserved and arrived on time. The inn was full. We were very kindly greeted, took place at the assigned place and were asked if we had brought time. We affirmed this. We ordered an open white wine, not very inexpensive, and a Pils, inexpensive. It was spicing weeks. We ordered Wild and a Schnitzel Jäger Art. After each other the guests were served and after 40 minutes, absolutely ok, we were there. Giant portions, tasty, also Demiglace can be seasoned, and good, especially fresh. Wr were thrilled.
Probably it is not so easy to find this beautiful forest restaurant right in front of Wittstock. Our 'local' have blown us over dark tannins, far and wide no light or a road boundary and fortunately no red breasts or other forest dwellers on the narrow forest path. There are enough parking spaces directly at the house and opposite the road. The interior is somewhat unpleasant because of the relatively high ceilings. Unfortunately, all leaf salads were already out on this Sunday night. Too bad we could have made their acquaintance! The menu is varied and it is difficult for you to decide. We chose salmon and Dorade (15,80EUR) and Matjes (9,10EUR). Both dishes were excellently prepared. The salmon well through and inside almost still raw! Excellent!!! For the apple juice choir 2.20EUR are calculated and the Erdinger 3EUR is given free for lead. As dessert we tried to roast the vanilla ice cream (5,10EUR) with almond shell. If it were a bit more cozy, I'd be 5. Star simply forgiven.
