Watashi Sushi - Witten

Everything's here! High quality food, best price ratio, good choice, very friendly. I often go to eat sushi and Japanese, not to beat regionally.

I liked to go to the Sakura near Wortberg in Wuppertal to eat good, fresh sushi. As you get there by public transport, I was pleased to see a sushi shop in Witten-Herbede at the Herbede Mitte stop towards Ruhrbrücke. The owner worked as a chef at Sakura. The small shop is beautiful and modern furnished and has a few tables. I was there ten times and so far it was always clean and smells clean/neutral. Hygiene is very important to me in raw fish. You hear how the cook regularly washes your hands. I know the offer and the prices from Wuppertal. I'm glad I can order the resident here. The sushi had the expected consistent quality. The rice was juicy, the fish tasty. Only criticism: The look of the sushi rolls is sometimes not quite perfect, i.e. the fish sometimes sits not in the middle, but on the edge. Monday to Friday there is a free soup (Miso or salmon) and a green tea until 2:30. I definitely recommend Watashi Sushi because I think they have the best sushi in Witten and surroundings. In recent weeks, the quality of tuna has decreased significantly. climax last time: fibrous, tasteless and leave a lot of water on the plate. Very disappointing. Therefore only 3 stars instead of 5. [editing: 08.10.2015] Twice left, Tuna seems to have won again. The quality is as usual. [edit] Still outstanding.

The last time I had eaten sushi is an eternity. That's why I found this restaurant uninteresting at the beginning, but as a few of my colleagues invited me there for the first time and I must say I'm really super happy that I let myself in because the sushi is super tasty there and the restaurant is super clean!

Super quality. Very clean, just brilliant. I have entered many sushi places in my life. But as regards quality and freshness of products, this is the best of all times.... You will be served extremely polite and if you are for lunch, you will get a soup and a tea for free. Not recommended

Sushi in the little Herbede. We are regular guests at Wortberg in Oberbarmen and have visited the new small Sushi restaurant in Witten Herbede Mitte. Admiration about the similar offer was quickly distorted. Owner is the former sushi master of Sakura Sushi at Wortberg and the quality is just as good. The ambience is only much more beautiful, the service also known friendly as always and overall it is more personal. Our new tribal. Prices very appropriate for very fresh quality also for ginger and algae salad: Example: 8 Sushi Sake inside out (ura. our secret tip) two Nigiri with salmon us two with tuna around 14, Euro. VIele blanket at 10, Euro, MIttags soup and tea for free. You have to know that you have to wait for sushi for more and more. Preordering is favorable if you bring a little time. Rest days are Monday and Sunday.
