Bidra med feedbackA wonderful tasting! The service was spectacular and the wine was perfect. I'm picky, and also susceptible to getting heartburn. Not only was the wine. Very tasty, but I had zero heartburn ???? The host, Rachel, put together a wonderful charcuterie boardthat we all enjoyed. Lots of outdoor seating at this awesome winery with an amazing view. I had previously visited the tastingroom in Hood River, and after our perfect experience there, we decided we had to head east and check out the winery itself.Thankful we did. Thank you CCV for an amazing day with friends
We have always loved Cascade Cliffs. Great wine no matter what you pick. Great people and always friendly to make you feel like family.
I love cascade cliffs. I first visited circa. 2006; it has remained in my memory as it was the first place I ever tasted barbera, nebbiolo and dolcetto. as a weeping professional in the industry I have since expanded my palate with DOC/DOCG wines from the piemont (some of my faunas I returned after all the years recently to the winery, and I must say that their barberas are still impressive and unforgettable bright, complex and great wee! my bf and I had a WONDERFUL sample rachel with our last one. she took care of us and even opened a 2012 reserve nebbiolo for us to taste what was excellent. (we brought a bottle of it for a special occasion to house if they don't like Piedmont varietale, no worries. they also make a few white, cab sauv, syrah, malbec, tempranillo and others. in cascade cliffs there is something for most palate. I highly recommend visiting the original tasting room in the weingut in wishram. the location is spectacular next to the mighty columbia with protruding cliffs of basalt above. when they go in good weather, they enjoy outside under the wine-rebe arbor sitting so a perfect place to taste and enjoy their weeping. I look forward to coming back soon!
A favorite experience... In years is wine tasting! Lovely people, amazing wine, and we're eager to return!
Great wine, better people. I recommend the sangio and the nebbiolo. Wow!
