Huddle House - Wise

We eat there regularly and the food is good and so is the service

The breakfast was amazingly good. Superior quality; scrambled eggs were fully cooked but fluffy, bacon was crispy but not burnt, toast had the perfect dollop of butter, the grits were gritty, and I could go on. We were in Wise, VA for a few days and everyone even the kids wanted to go back each day; so we did. The service was fast and even though they are packed with people waiting, you are never rushed. We had a blast reading the back of the staff's shirts. I posted a picture of their brownie which was so delicious I bit into it before taking the picture. Do not leave Wise, VA without eating here.

In a location with limited dining choices, we were delighted to discover this restaurant. One of us ordered lunch while the other opted for breakfast, and both meals were beautifully prepared. The service provided by Teresa, with assistance from Mandy, was outstanding. If you're passing through this area, we highly recommend making a stop here!

It's a nice place to eat, but the servers need to improve their listening skills. They don't take notes on orders and then seem frustrated when they don't receive the tips they expect.
