It was the first time that we were at the sportsman as it was reopened and we were not disappointed. we received a very cordial greeting from the 2 women who ran the bar/food. they were friendly and helpful. nothing was too much annoyed. it was my birthday and they put a candle in my baguette, so a nursing little touch. eating was also amazing and worth the money. we will definitely go back.

With a friendly barlady eating is nice. big twill ring. quiche is salmon and chorizo.

Clean, tidy, very friendly pub, nice atmosphere as sport was on the tv with a good crowd watching, looking forward to our sunday lunch this week that we have booked, polite welcoming staff, definitely worth a visit if in the area
