Absolutely disgusting attitude phoned up to see how much delivery would be asked for what I wanted they said it wasn’t enough it needs an extra £2 to deliver so when u asked if they had anything for £2 they turned round and said “I do not have time for this you ordering or what” they then put the phone down on me. Would not recommend to anyone after this situation

Very bad attitude when they made a mistake and failed to deliver,I believe it’s not uncommon for this to happen! But we let them know a member of staff become rude and unprofessional, just unnecessary. A simple sorry and make it right would work. Will never use them again!! Wonder if they react the same to this post! A business can make a mistake, but a good one will make it right and accept responsibility and say sorry.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. I ordered and the food never arrived when I spoke to the owner when they were open I was met with rudeness, sarcasm, telling me they won't refund as I didn't call on the night (they were closed) and then slammed the phone down. They don't deserve any stars at all!!

Was visiting a friend across the road but this place is very nice.

The sky scraper burger tasted absoloutely disgusting .The salad was off and the sauce was way to garlicy..When we phoned to complain they just dismissed our concerns and wouldn't here of a money back for the burger...Only go there if u want disappointment..Ew 1 star is too good for them
