Pausa Coffee Shop - WIRRAL

We were seated promptly at our table and ordered a fish finger sandwich, a sausage sandwich, and two coffees. The fish finger sandwich arrived without tartar sauce or greens. We had to send back our utensils as they were dirty. The fish finger sandwich was only lukewarm. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

The tea was lukewarm and the staff seemed creepy and miserable. The fact that it wasn't very busy says it all - the place looked tired.

Comfortable seating and good coffee quality. a good place to stop after shopping in the croft retail park.

Coffee ordered, which were brought to us, however it really amazes me when cafe staff hand you a coffee with half the contents in the saucer!! So what would have been an ok visit tarnished by poor service.

Not been here to eat before, decided to have lunch while we shopped in the store. The BOSS had quiche with salad, delish, I had a brunch bap which was tasteless, disappointing. Drinks were fine, service quick and friendly. They had a great variety of...cakes, in hindsight I should have had one instead of the bap.
