AVOID place has flys flying inside and food was horrible and staff was very aggressive when questioned

I have ordered from this restaurant about 30 times in the past few months during lockdown. Honestly, the chicken and lamb kebabs are not the best, as the lamb is a bit chewy. However, the doner kebabs are probably the best around! They come in a kebab wrap with a generous amount of doner meat. You end up using a fork for a while before you can wrap it up. The meat is good quality and the delivery service is fast. If the lamb kebab was as good as the doner, I would have given it 5 stars!

I went to Mr Pizza last Tuesday 1st October I wanted to pay by credit card and I was told that I would have to pay 50 pence to use my card. I told the girl that was wrong and she just laughed at me. Laugh again I will not be going back.

I ordered 2 kebabs at 11:50 pm before closing time. They told me they had no pizza, which was fine since I only wanted kebabs. The menu said mixed kebab £7.00 per menu and the staff said it would take 10 minutes. There were three people working, with one cleaning in front, the second person making fun of the first staff member, and the staff at the back not paying attention. After ordering, everyone except the first staff member disappeared to the back. The second staff member then accused me of not mentioning that I wanted two kebabs, even though I clearly showed two fingers to indicate how many I wanted. I told them to check the cameras and to not treat me like I'm stupid. I don't care about the cameras but will not return. There are other pizza places nearby that I will try instead. I had wanted to remain loyal, but after this experience, they have lost my business.

Horrible freezing cold delivery who eats cold chicken and chips disgusting disgusting disgusting what a waste of my wages was hoping to be happy , now just hungry thanks [hidden email] hungry night for me now so thanks well done for it all
