Costa Coffee - WIRRAL

Usually enjoy going in for coffee when Linda is in. Today she wasn't, my friend and I got 2 toasties. One was fine ,one nearly burnt to a hard crisp . When taking the hard one back, the man serving abruptly said Its the oven. No apology. Not except able my friend said. Looks could have killed us. Well we will sort it but nothing happened till we complained again. Just before we left we were grudgingly given one toasties money back. Staff need to learn customer service .

Until the manager is sacked unfortunately the service in this coffee shop will not improve. The majority of regular customers now refuse to frequent this establishment as a result of the managers attitude to both staff and the general public alike. She has single handily ruined what was relaxed environment, which now on occasions resembles a war zone, when are the owners off this business, going to sit up and take notice of what is going on in there business!!

Extremely slow service. Member of staff who took my order was very abrupt and interrupted me whist I was trying to order. I think she thought because she was smiling and putting on a bright sing song voice that her rudeness was justified. Hot chocolate was weak compared to every other Costa I’ve been to. Won’t go back!

Great service good coffee. Very relaxed whilst I was catching up on my paperwork. Clean trade area and tables cleaned as soon as people left. Toilets were clean and tidy too.

To the owners of Costa coffee in Heswall this shop needs a lick of paint and a good clean it going down hill fast there are a lot of coffee shops in local area for your customers to go to.and it is true your new Manger is not up to the mark.
