Without prior notice, there was only food from the buffet. This is associated with the usual drawbacks such as standing, missing plates and due to the amount of guests not always so great to receive food. Overall, no such Christmas food with the family, our expectation was another. 30 euros was also very nice for the buffet dinner.
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed how to be treated here as a customer. I had booked to my son's communion for more than 7 months in advance for a somewhat larger society. After I contacted 4 times by phone to clarify what we imagine and how big the company will become, I already had the feeling that my booking was made worse at two of the phone calls. Questions have been made here that made us not (more) in the calendar. Now it came to the day of communion and we appeared on time. I had been able to see our reservation in the restaurant's calendar, which the owner himself confirmed by passing through. He led us visibly nervously to 3 tables that were not, as agreed for a communion was covered and decorated. At first, he claimed that another company is still there and is occupied by our table. Right after that, he changed his mind and pretended that the 3 tables are exactly what we had booked. After I complained, he said very dry that it was like that, he can't change it. There was no understanding that something was grounded there, let alone a proposal for a solution to find a solution or something similar. He just didn't care. He turned away and continued his activity. I was so shocked by this pure ignorance and anti-custom settings that we left the restaurant with the entire company. Thank you, dear owner, for ruining our child's communion. On the basis of ignorance, we have decided that the crown will be avoided for us, for our friends and family. We strongly supported you during the lockdown with many orders and made advertising for you. We don't put a foot in here anymore. You don't seem to have to have it when you treat such customers.
