Bidra med feedbackYesterday my wife and I went to Sam Jones BBQ with my sister Donna Smith and my brother Roland Smith. I've been waiting for a while to taste some of his ribs and it was worth waiting. I am from South Carolina and I grew up on Senf-based Piggie Park BBQ and around the best grilled ribs on Earth came from Piggie Park and a little space that used to be in West Columbia Porky D's. But I'm a firm believer that Sam Jones has the best ribs I've ever tasted, smokey, damp, Tinder, fall from bone and great taste. Collard greens why should I be cooked. Excellent baked beans with sweet potato bread and cold iced tea. I wish I could go back to breakfast. Well done Sam Jones thanks for a good meal!
Great food. I had pulled pork, dark chicken quarter, corn bread, potato salad and Cole Slaw. All some of the best I ever had. They had a front of the houseman looking at Diners. Service was therefore excellent as it was very attentive, polite and well gifted. From the big three BBQ restaurants in Greenville area, I chose them to be the best.
The first time to eat there today and it was on point! Staff and food were great! Besides, they must have great repetition customers because we have a very nice man in line that pays for our lunch!
I came through the city, heard from this place, I stopped for dinner... some pulled pig, the M C was great as well as the homemade chips! Recommend it if you want a big BBQ!
Best pit cooked bbq I’ve ever had. We’ve ate at bbq joints all across the country and Sam Jones has done a great job with this place. Really enjoyed that they had collards as a special on our last visit! One of our favorite restaurants!!
