Only once, but they were fast, polite and my order was perfect, can no longer ask for something.

Service was good and friendly. The burgers are not as thick or as good as a few months back. Fries were good and hot. The ice cream and the blizzards were as usual good. I know things change, but the Essen Deal Burger used to be great. It feels now and looks like a dollar burger, but the price has risen. The freshness is there, but the value has made it where we are looking for other options. Don't complain, the food was fresh and hot. The portion size has dropped, the price has risen and it is noticeable.

Never got my food in the window, always has to get up. Over a year come to this special DQ. The order is regularly incorrect. Very courteous service, which is why they get the extra star.

I'm sorry, her staff is great, but one day the credit card machine didn't go and they didn't have any hamburgers. They were back a few days later and they couldn't serve ice cream. I would say five stars for clean restaurant and friendly staff.

Service wasn't bad considering it was an ECU game day. Maybe waiting about 5 minutes. Staff was stretched but still pleasant. Blizzard was good though they forgot to serve it upside down. I don't really care about the freebie no more than I get to go.
