Bidra med feedbackI’m getting used having Dinner with good friends at the Trübli. Alex and his team were able to surprise us with a delicious Menu surprise. This might sound funny – just read on. The starter for me was Suomi Beef, for my friend Tuna both with green Gazpacho – great. The menu went on with very finely chopped cabbage turnip and cabbage turnip Sherry Soup – so tasty. The intermediate course was corn chicken breast with roasted black sesame seeds, green asparagus chive morel spume – oh my, wonderful! The main course was veal breast with parsley – garlic Cedi and freshly grated lemon – there’s only one word: Delicious! For dessert we’d had lemon verve rhubarb, so good. Have a look at the photos, so you’ll get an impression of our wonderful dinner. In the end each of us got the sealed menu card . Frankly – this Restaurant with its team is worth Gault Millau. Don’t miss the chance for having dinner there – you won’t regret it.
The food was superb. The whole Trübli-Team was courteous and showed a lot of heart for the ambience and their food. I find the Surprise menu very exciting and there was always the perfect wine to go with it. Highly recommended if you want to eat out really well and extraordinarily.
Probably the best restaurant in all of Winterthur. Food prepared with such passion, a real joy to experience how the employees put their heart and soul into it. Spontaneous visits are rather difficult due to the long reservation list, but it is absolutely worth planning this in advance. Every course was peppered with creativity that never ceased to amaze us.
Excellent food, attentive, friendly and professional service, great wine accompaniment. what more do you want!
Apart from the tiny portions, the food was served with a lot of dedication. Each course has space on a coffee plate. The alarm bells started ringing for me right from the start when the sentence came, in our case we leave the restaurant feeling full but not overcrowded..... Oh dear, I thought. To be honest, when I go out to eat, I don't want to go to the fridge afterwards. However, you can always order a supplement, which saved me from starvation. It's just not my style to curtsy as a supplicant for a little more food. Don't think everyone does this because they're ashamed. In terms of taste, I found all the dishes very tasty, although not amazing. Somehow nouvelle cuisine reinterpreted. Meat and vegetables cooked perfectly, really very fine. In my opinion, the descriptions of the preparation and origin of the dishes at the table are too much and seem a bit artificial. In terms of price, that's a challenge. A bottle of affordable white wine costs around 60 to 100 francs, well. Together with the meal around 300 francs I think it's too much. But just. It was no different in Switzerland in the 80s. We simply pay too much in Switzerland. Still, I think there are few restaurants that celebrate food with such dedication. If the portions were a little larger, I would try it again. But only when I have some money in reserve again. The whole thing took too long and got on my nerves. I want to eat and not talk to the person I'm talking to for hours. We spent almost 3 hours in the restaurant. Deduction for price and quantity otherwise recommended. The concept seems to be working. Is always well booked. You can also see this in the little-commented reviews of Trüblis. Don't need to react to it. A pity.
