Bagels - Winterthur

Great place with the kindest people I've ever met. the rooms are very clean and cleaned every day, which surprised me. you will find everything you need. large comfortable bed, large bath tub, very warm room, lots of towels, delicious tee. I strongly recommend taking breakfast. everything is homemade and it is absolutely delicious. I loved it so much that I bought marmelade: kind greet to the whole crew for amazing service.

Perfect location, beautiful room, wonderful garden, super friendly host. one of the rare places that look even better in real life than on the pictures.

The positive first: The location would be really nice. But then we unfortunately had to experience that after a long wait our coffee was still not served and guests who arrived later were served first. When we asked inside, we received a snippy answer that it hadn't been that long. If I hadn't paid for the coffee yet, I would have left already. Mind you: there wasn't much going on and it's a mystery to me why it takes so long to make two coffees when there's so little activity. Anyone who has ever bought takeaway coffee knows how quickly it can happen. When the older colleague finally served the coffee and didn't say a word about being late or giving preference to other guests, we talked about it again. Again we were shouted at in annoyance, yes, that could happen, we're terribly sorry (irony). It's unbelievable that you can so miss two simple jobs like making coffee and being friendly (yes, that's just part of the job). And then both women together... you can see what kind of mentality there must be in this company. It's a shame, I already gave the tip when I ordered. They don't deserve it. Well, if you don't need the guests, you can probably do without them. We will never go there again and will not recommend it to anyone. PS: the coffee was as sour as the grumpy ladies.

Sehr charmante Unterkunft mit nur drei Zimmern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief super einfach. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist geräumig und verfügt über ein sehr bequemes Memory-Foam-Bett. Außerdem gibt es einen großen romantischen Garten! Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und zentralen Lage in der Altstadt. Wenn ich wieder in Winterthur bin, werde ich sicherlich wieder im Emma übernachten!
