It's not too bad if you catch it at the right time. If you don't then expect a solid 5-10 minute wait.

Drive through speaker employee would NOT shut their mouth so I could finish my order. So Rude. I definitely did NOT order.

I loathe corporations like MD..however my teenager wanted nuggies so I stopped omw home from work..the food was exactly as you’d expect..I used the mobile app to place the order.. I will say I was able to get a free 6 piece nugget thanks to a mobile app deal..so if someone is short on etc or looking for deals, highly suggest you download the app, they have really great deals pretty frequently..the staff was friendly and efficient..and as someone who’s worked in and out of restaurants all my life, it is not an easy job by any means, the pay is never great, and dealing with hungry people constantly..well I’m sure you can imagine how not great it could potentially be some times.. this specific location always exceeds the rest, I’ve had horrible experiences at other local locations..so overall I’ll still keep the 5/5 rating.

Its a gamble every time not gonna lie whether it is breakfast or lunch busy or slow you never know if its edible. Just depends on your luck.

Employee on 12/23/2023 at around 8:07pm was eating chicken McNuggets fries and drinking a soda all while packaging peoples food in bags. Was even eating over the bags. On top of that which is already unsanitary my food was horrible. My quarter pounder meat must have been pieced together from the warming trays. The meat was cold and old and you could really tell that they are not following proper SOPs which the hold times of food. Then after I wasn’t able to even try to attempt to eat anymore of the quarter pounder I opened up my McCrispy. More like Mcsoggy and old and dry and can definitely tell the grease is old. I will attach a couple photos. Please fix your food quality and food safety and stop allowing workers to eat while touching others food . If employees are hungry go eat on break like everyone else who works any kind of job.
