Burger King - Winter Springs

The service was good in the food was good. And much better than most of the Burger King, most of the Burger Kings are slow, but this seems rather faster than the majority.

His hit or Miss. Sometimes eating is fresh another time your onion rings are hard like a rock.

The first time to this place came the food itself was good, but an employee was extremely rude (Alicia who helped with the thru window drive). I rarely write bad reviews, but get tone and attitude deserves recognition.

Not enough staff. Line took much longer, then I would normally expect a fast food chain. There were only two cars in front of me and it felt like there were 4 or 5. Who heard Burger King closes her doors before 7:00? Not very happy about this closing in so early.

Picked up a 2 for $5 fish and whopper and onion rings. Besides food being not fresh/below standards, I chewed on a 3? strip of plastic wrap found in my whopper. We are grossed out and don?t think we?ll return to a Burger King until they at least attempt to reach basic food standards!
