Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Winter Park

I placed an order online and on arrival they did not give the driver my smoothie. The phone number does not work so I can not get refund via the phone.

Smoothies are big, but NIE are welcomed when you come and when in the register the employees are just passing and not even the courtesy to say someone will be with you

I typically order a smokey grilled cheese when I come here and this is probably the fourth or fifth time I? ve got a without bacon even tho that?s like the whole point of grilled cheese.

Order of delivery. Smoothie was usually ice cream that would not go into my straw, did not get any of the food we ordered. There are better smoothies elsewhere.

The smoothies were delicious and the staff made it all a little better by being courteous and friendly.
