The most uninterested staff ever. An unpleasant attitude. They were all too busy to chat to take over my order. When one of them finally did, she got it wrong and could not disturb it to correct it. Overall, management should improve attitude and service

Try to buy a smoothie and a quesadilla and they wouldn't break my hundred. As a member of the service industry, I usually operate in cash. Thanks Tropical Smoothie for working hungry. The place is guided by children and crack heads and shows the atmosphere. Stop and get a smoothie as long as you don't have cash and them? Chef, isn't in a smoke break.

Why is nobody smiling here? I can document the several times I was in this place and nobody dares and tries to be pleasant. The staff here needs lessons from the TSC site at 4 Corners in Kissimmee? Well, that's a staff that wants you to spend ALL your paycheck in their restaurant. Damn it? the aforementioned Kissimmee location even allows their customers to eat. I simply assume that the Winter Haven site is so disliked by its customers that they would rather have gone instead of seeing their faces enjoy their product. EDIT: 4. April 2022 The manager answered my review listed in this forum. Since I can't answer this, I'm just saying it here. Dear owner, Read your reviews!!! Your restaurant is destroyed in these reviews because of the quality of customer service that your employees give to their customers. It is the consensus that your employees are simply rude. A class in quality customer service would definitely help. Close the restaurant for one day, if necessary. As a manager for a restaurant itself, a friendly staff goes in Tandem with a clean restaurant and serves good product. It is the winning triad in a successful business.

Tried Topical Smoothie Cafe for the first time and am pleasantly satisfied! I had the Blimey Limey nd fiance had Sunrise Sunset, both are good. Registering girls helped suggest which of two drinks I was between and Blimey Limey was a certain victory! I will be back, but not sure that I want to immerse, all seats were stacked and all stood mostly around (or sitting when they took a place from the stack I suspect) the size of the facility. It simply does not seem inviting, the general energy of the place seemed boring and somewhat cold, especially the mosquitoes. There was a certain Karen and Ken on the counter clearly unhappy and did not seem to worry about all the others around them because they were not happy.

This was my first time going to Tropical Smoothie. The location was clean but a bit cluttered with boxes in corners, not sure if they are still transitioning to being fully open after the pandemic or if this was the norm. I ordered an All American Breakfast Wrap which was a bit cold. I also ordered a Watermelon-Mango Smoothie which was delicious and they made it for me even though it wasn?t on the menu. I did like how they have a designated area for all online orders so that delivery drivers and people themselves can just walk up and pick them up without interrupting customers who are ordering at the counter.
