Chili's Grill - Winter Haven

Waited 30 extra mins for my to go order of a salad, and steak and potatoes. they forgot my order cause of all the door dash orders.got food home to have to put it in oven to heat up… our food sat so all those door dash orders could take priority :(never going here again.

Great food as always! I asked for the bite burgers without ranch, they made them with ranch so we took them back, the employee was very apologetic and immediately had new ones prepared correctly, great customer service!Everything else was great but the molten is always the best!

First time back in a couple years. Food was good and service was definitely better than last time. Still a little slow but not bad by any means.

Sat there for 15-20min without being acknowledged. I only went in for drinks the bartender looked at me and continued on .. when she finally came to me I said to her I thought I wasn't going to get serviced she state to me that she didn't see me there ? like really I was the only black girl at the bar. Then to make matters worst the manager asked everyone around me I'd they were ok except me ! Then I put I my rewards for chips whichnever came out until I asked the bartender eta the she brought cold chips. I was done u still tipped but not as much as I should've yal need to do better black people come to spend money like white people but yall will never get the good side of us if we are being treated as a second or third option! Will not be returning

Food would have been excellent if they didn't add the extra DNA..... Someone's hair was in our food.
