Carrabba's Italian Grill - Winter Haven

Unfortunate that I have to give a negative review. Wife’s birthday we decided to spend it here. We were seated immediately, but once seated, no one checked on us for 20 minutes. It’s ok to be busy but don’t act like we’re not there. Maybe the food is good but we wouldn’t know. Maybe we’ll give them another chance later, but tonight was very disappointing.

I was impressed with the flavor and freshness of the food. Our Server Donna delivered excellent service! Thank you for the lovely lunch!

Lauren M. was our server for the night and she was amazing. We had a party of 9 for dinner and you know how it is woth a big family with kids, but this didn't matter because Lauren was very attentive in ensuring everything was okay with our dinner. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Lauren and manager. (Visited on 3/21).

From the minute we sat down, Jackie, our server was there to make sure the service flowed smoothly. The hot bread and dip and our drinks came right away. The house salad followed. The mussels appetizer Cozze in Bianca (more like a meal) and the scallops spiedino were delicious.My opinion, Carrabba’s still em remains the best Italians chain going.

Service was great, food was excellent. I had chicken piccatta with a penne pasta Pomo doro and the chicken was the best I have had in 30 years. The chicken was moist and tender and plenty of sauce. I didn't even taste the pasta! I loved it so much I ordered the $10 take home of the same thing. My husband had the lamb and he raved about itIt was tender, moist and great flavor. Our son had the Maria chicken. It was too peppery for me but it was moist and tender. I had the brownie for dessert and it was dry. Not fudge but more cakey.cakes.. My husband had the ice cream with pecans and raved about it. It was a good meal.
