McDonald's Restaurant - Winston-Salem

Slow going through the drive-thru lane. This was at 2:34pm on Friday, May 6, 2022. Customer service was good and friendly. My order was for 2 Big Macs $6.00, buy 1 small french-fries and get 2nd at 1/2 price, and 1 medium Dr. Pepper drink $1.00. Total price was $10.69. The food was really good and fresh. The Dr. Pepper needs some adjustment at the dispenser. Thank you McDonald's!

Decent McDonald's location with the old-school roof. They have the modern mobile and app ordering, in store ordering displays, and menu with coffees,

I work at the mall, so I often eat lunch here. Larry always greets me, asks me how I am and makes me human, what can be hard when you work in the retail. He needs a raise for me.

From all the mcdonald’s in the Winston-Salem vs. that I was on the stratford road is the best. I swear they have to pay the hired really well because they actually do their job and eat properly and it is not easy to throw up like the one on jonestown

Friendly, efficient and attentive staff. My cheeseburgers were nearly prepared and hot. The fries were HARD. Two napkins were adequate, but no ketchup was careless. This compares to the old McDonald's on Jonestown Rd at one half star. I hope they replace the entire Jonestown Rd staff including management after it is rebuilt.
