Long John Silver's Kfc (g135201)

That was absolutely the best KFC Long John Silver's I've eaten for a long time. The place was spotlessly clean and you could say that the staff had great pride on the work they did. The most impressive thing for me was, I could hear that one of the managers worked with one of the employees at a table in the middle of the restaurant, they worked on signage, and the manager took great interest in mentoring the employees feel like a valuable member of the restaurant staff. You know what this type of leadership is that the place went well and the staff will be proud of what they do. And I also want to say that it has shown in pride and work that they have provided us in service.

Food was great and the service was great. I travel from the other side of the city because people are so friendly.

The service was terrible, they just didn't care. the food was good, we have the Chicken Sandwich and Pommes, I think the KFC Sandwich is my number 2 Chicken Sandwich. It was salty, everything was salty, it was good, but salty as I did not finish the frits. I got the KFC only Bergtau it was very watery if not so watered, it would have cost just like Peach Snaps. They didn't give us ketchup and when we tried to ask the guy behind the line and stayed. They looked at us and pretended we weren't there. So we gave up and left.

This Long John silver's is one of those hybrid KFC Long John silver's and it definitely ranks second on quality. The customer service is hit or miss. However, the food is always hot and you can get decent shrimp, fish, sandwiches, and sides when the mood strikes. They also have handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating.

I asked before ordering if they had cocktail and tartar sauce and the guy said yes I got my food for me and my son , no condiments so I asked for ketchup tartar sauce and cocktail sauce , they said no tartar. Who wants to eat food if no condiments ....the service and over cooking of food sucked.
