Crazy Crab Seafood Grill

I was passing through the area when I stumbled upon the Crazy Crab Restaurant. The sign that read "All You Can Eat Crab Legs" immediately caught my attention. I decided to give it a try and I must say, the crab legs were absolutely delicious. My server, Lola, was excellent - very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, including the bathroom. Overall, my experience couldn't have been any better. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in the area and highly recommend this restaurant to others.

My meal was not cooked properly, as evidenced by the raw shrimp in the photo (I'm pregnant, and one bite made me sick later that night). Additionally, half of my expensive order was missing - no eggs, only half a pound of crawfish, a whole sausage, and the sauce was completely wrong. My husband called for a replacement, and the manager agreed to have it ready the next day due to the late hour and snow. When I went to pick it up the next day, the manager said it was fine, but then the general manager called and demanded I bring back the food. I offered to retrieve it from the trash since it was pricey and a craving, but the GM refused to answer if they would replace the missing items or the whole order. She rudely yelled at me and hung up when I asked for clarification. I am now concerned for my safety and the integrity of the food if I were to return. Please be cautious of this establishment - the food may be missing and poorly cooked, and the GM is unprofessional and rude.

I was extremely disappointed to have spent $61 on a meal that consisted of a bag full of seasoning, 8 shrimps, 7 mussels, a few clams, and some sad-looking crab legs. The seafood was so heavily seasoned that I had to rinse it under the faucet, making it inedible. I regretted not saving my money and cooking at home instead. The food was not only overly salty, but the customer service was also terrible. I will never be returning to this restaurant again.

The Shrimp was tender cooked to perfection. I sampled the Garlic Cajun and the experience is absolutely well worth it. Friendly Staff. I highly recommend.

First visit here and we were all pleased! The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. We got the every day special with 1/2 lb shrimp 1/2 lb snow crab legs and a lobster tail. OMG!!! Everything was fresh and delicious. My daughter enjoyed the popcorn shrimp kids meal (I stole half her fries). The fried cheesecake was great too! Will definitely be back again!!
