Bojangles - Winston-Salem

08/28/2022 visit. What exactly is it with the employees in this place,with the taking what we give you settings? ... I ordered the #12 on the drive thru with an extra piece of dark meat. I had to repeat my order 4 times to the employee until she got it right.. I come into the window and ask the young man to repeat my order and again! No extra piece of dark meat.. I had to repeat the correct order twice and so I thought they had it right. NOPE!... They wanted to send me out with the wrong order and their apology was, we didn't have the extra piece of dark meat. So, MY POINT IS THESE!. No matter what the customer orders, it's perfectly fine, it's with the wrong order in which I mentioned... Another problem!. Is Bojangles with pigeons instead of chickens?, I have never seen pieces that are small for what they load... I am extremely angry and disappointed by Bojangle's food quality and the sheer ignorance of his employees... Bojangles!... We pay you to eat in your facility, not vice versa and we earn as customers #1 Good Quality Food #2 Excellent customer service in which I never get in your facility... Unfortunate for you, I do not support any stupidity or ignorance that I receive and I will never return to this business or any bojangles sites, as you take care of so little about customer satisfaction and I sincerely hope that you will go out of business.. Bless your hearts!.

Service was fine, but I opened my 3 piece combo and realized it was more like a 1.5- 2?

I went yesterday and the chicken pieces were small, it looked like chicken was fried in old grease, and the cashier didn't hand my debit card back to me correctly and it fell in some yucky stuff on the ground. She didn't say sorry or nothing, didn't offer me sanitizer or extra napkins...nothing. Here lately it's customer service has been bad and food not as great as it use to be.

Food old and hard biscuits. Mac n cheese was not even half full in a small side container not the regular big one. Asked for sauce, no sauce. No straws, no utensils. Literally the worst bojangles I?ve ever been been to.

Raw french fries ?? Halfway down street look in my bag gonna eat a hot seasoned french fry...raw potatoes no seasoning. you would think that customer service would be important but Bojangles refuse to have good customer service no matter where you go?the scores are a true reflection of what type of food y'all serve. Please take a look at Chick-fil-A's customer service style...they are serious about taking care of their customers and they are making moves. Drive by one and observe...the lines flow...the staff dresses like they care and they actually smile and speak. This is NOT the time to provide bad service...
