Cin Cin Burger - Winston Salem

The best Burger, Pommes and Shakes we've ever had! The menu is so amazing that we want to make the 3 hours drive back to try *all*. Chicken and waffles, chicken sandwiches, burgers, shakes, mixed drinks and more. The burgers and shakes were *so good*. We had the salted broad and cinnamon pellets. The side winders are thick and perfectly seasoned. I had chili on the side with my burger and it's really good with the hot chips and ranch. Excellent service and a great atmosphere. This place is really an experience!

The place is a whole life that forbids food!! Your fries are called Flapper soooo well!! You have milkshakes with alcohol, delicious sauces for the frits onion rings you can all different types of burgers!! Veggie,Salmon,Bison, Chicken or Beef!! Delicious!!!

The ambience was really cool. Very eclectic with 20's feeling. The staff was very nice. Adult milkshakes were amazing!!! Fantastic balance of sweet flavors and you could also say that they did not jump on the alcohol, but it was not exaggerated. The food was delicious, but the champagne sauce with the onion rings had a strong vinegar taste, so easy to be aware because it looks like it would be sweeter like Mayo or Aioli. Will definitely try again more of their small plates drinks!

Early dinner at 4:30pm, four adults and 11mos.old infant. Waited about 20min. to be seated. Seated at covered heated patio. Menu was extensive and innovative, So was the drinks/shakes. Service was prompt. Appetizers and main course delivered less than 30min. Overall the experience was excellent. It is now one of my favorites in WINSTON-SALEM!

The restaurant was very nice, bar staff was very friendly, and the whole food was so good! Our server wasn't very attentive, but unlike that, everything was great! I recommend the red Sangria...thanks to me later!
