The Corner Bar - WINSTED

Nice little hometown pup! Been coming here for the past 30 years, owners have changed but its still the corner bar!

I have been here three times when I was on my way up north. The most recent visit was two weeks ago.

I had the most delicious California burger at Corner Bar and Grill. The burger tasted like a steak! The homemade bun, lettuce and tomato were very fresh. I especially loved the homemade bun. I will definitely be returning to Corner Bar whenever I'm in Winsted, Minnesota. The prices are very reasonable and it's a great place to dine. The bartender was very friendly as well. I didn't regret stopping in for lunch at all!

The restaurant serves fantastic thin crust pizza that is both crispy and delicious. The staff is friendly and there is a selection of cold beers available. Don't forget to catch the game on TV while you enjoy your meal!

For those new to Winsted, it may be a bit difficult to find. Consulting a map or using a phone search can make locating it easier. Once found, future visits should be simpler. The interior is what I would describe as a typical small town bar, with standard bar, tables, and chairs. The layout is what you would expect from a small town bar, but it is still pleasant to look at. I enjoy the old photos and decorations on the walls, which add to its charm. The staff does a good job of keeping the place clean and orderly. I have always felt comfortable here, and the employees are friendly and quick to serve. They may not engage in much conversation, but they aim to please their customers. I have never had to wait long to be served. I usually order a screwdriver or a gin and tonic, and while they are good, I would prefer if they were a bit stronger. Overall, I am satisfied with the customer service at this establishment and will continue to consider it for a fun night out. I hope the management takes my feedback into consideration regarding the drinks.
