Maverik - Winnemucca

Big new Mav w/high flow diesel pumps , deli, etc. all the things you expect from a Maverik apart from clean bathroom (wide below the standard I expected from this chain).

This is such a gorgeous store but the customer service is horrific, I?m not sure if it?s corporates set hours or if they are short staffed but it doesn?t matter what time you go into this store there?s always one cashier and a line to the beer cave. Occasionally you?ll catch a manager being called up on the radio to help on register but it?s rare. And once you do get help it?s from employees who are obviously not happy to be there. I moved here from Denver where I managed 3 large circle ks, one store was bigger than this store and the other two were basically the same exact store with different companies labels and I was able to keep customer service the #1 priority while successfully running 3 short staffed stores and being the top 3 stores in my district so so I personally don?t really see an excuse for the way this store is ran. Let me know if you guys want some help and to be shown how to run a successful gas station because this ain?t it. You can tell there?s no teamwork at this store and every employee is there to do the bare minimum for a couple dollars above minimum wage.

Great gas station will all the supplies for the road trip. Bathroom wasn?t kind of a disaster but maybe it didn?t receive a cleaning.

Everything is perfect in the gas station, the best i have ever been . Affordable cooked food also.

This is an older store with very small bathrooms only big enough for one person. Was not greeted when I entered or left. (I filled up with gas). They do have two redbox machines out front which we always use on road trips.
