Bobby G's - Wingate

Normally no issues with this place, but tonight we ordered at 16:50 through just eat, for pickup at 17:35. We arrived and payed and waited outside for our order. Being a Saturday night we expected a short wait, but a good 40 mins after our collection time we were given the wrong order. This order included some free cokes for the wait. My wife brought it back in and we waited a further 20 mins for our correct order to be brought out, this time with no extras for our hour long wait.When we got it home the BBQ chicken baguette was missing BBQ sauce, had stodgy bread and burnt chicken. The rest of our order was ok, but it was very disappointing, which is unusual for Bobby G's. We normally don't have a problem and the food is very quick, hot and delicious.Saturday may be a busy time, but no estimation of time, or delay was passed on at point of paying.

First time I've ordered got my order wrong and for the price I payed disgusting never again will I order from there

Pizza was good , food was good service was terrible 1st time going here , ordered on phone at 7:55 , was told it would be ready for collection at 8:40 , arrived and went in paid cash and was told id have my order brought out to me , as it was just being done , 15-20mins later I goes in and it was sat on a warmer and the lass who served me said oh you've been sat out there all this time with a half arsed apology saying she didn't know if I paid cash or card ..... the same lass who I paid 20 mins ago , all in all nothing to write home about and probably won't go again

Absolutely unbelievable tasty food best steak iv had top place Bobby Gs will definitely go again

The kebab was extremely dry, the chips were cold, the pita bread was hard as a rock, and it seemed like the chefs purposely burned everything. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
