The Thirsty Butler Sports Lounge

Walked into the restaurant while at the art walk the other day. My friend and I couldn?t sit outside since all the tables were full, so we went inside. We sat down at a table right next to the door. We sat there for about 7-10 minutes and not one of the waiters came up to our table, I had to walk to the bar and ask for a menu. Didn?t apologize for not giving us one or seeing us yet, but kind of laughed when the menu was handed over and it was higher then where my hand was,so my thumb smacked into it causing the menu to almost fall. I returned to the table and my friend and I started looking at the menu. After another 10-15 minutes the waiters still haven?t acknowledged our presence, no hi I will be rightwith you, nothing. I tried getting the attention on the female waitress, she made eye contact with me but then looked away and ignored us. Since we couldn?t get anything, we left. The two of us were looking forward to trying a newrestaurant, but since we were blatantly ignored, we will not be giving this restaurant another chance.

Love walkerville supporting local. Ive tried this place several time s every time wonder why I was so dumb to come back just keep hoping for better! They need to make up their mind are they a sports bar or fine dining? Either way, beer is cold but service sucks.

Food was good and service was great. My only complaint was that my chicken sandwich was extremely difficult to eat and just fell apart immediately because the chicken breast was so thick. Might have been nicer if they were butterflied or something to make it a bit more sandwich friendly. Would go again!

Went there for the first time to watch football. It was busy, but the two servers were working hard servicing everybody. They had food and beer specials, so that was a plus.The wings were just okay. Ordered a plate of nachos and they were horrid. They were cold and the cheese was clumpy. Ate the chips dry or with salsa, as the toppings were blah.They had the volume on all the large screen TVs cranked, still couldn't hear the announcers.I'll go back, but with lesser expectations.
