Thai Palace - Windsor

Food was good, but a little pricey for what we got. Service was rather slow and our drinks were not refilled. The atmosphere was dark and a little dated. Our table was very close to the next table.

Excellent food and service with a wide variety of menu choices.

Really love the food here! Ordered the fresh rolls, spring rolls, Tom yum soup, panang curry, Thai iced tea and chow mein. All were delicious! Love the tamarind candies too.

This was truly a disgusting experience We were seated at a booth and I mentioned to the waitress it was so cold in there. These loud fans were blowing and it was uncomfortably cold. My friend and I both ordered pad Thai The pad Thai was unedible it was bland, had no taste had no vegetables. It was basically noodles in a soya sauce with no spice whatsoever I had one bite and was not able to eat anymore. I mentioned to the waitress that I thought the Thai pad was bad and had a terrible smell She removed my plate and did not offer me a substitute My friend also said the same thing to her At the end we were both presented with individual bills I expressed that I couldn’t believe I would be charged for the meal as I have only had one bite and complained about it she said there was nothing she could do about it I asked to speak to the manager and she said she would She came back to the table and said that I would still have to pay for my bill At that point, I said, well, I am not, and I would expect to get something in return She was reluctant I ordered to spring rolls to go and she took a long time bringing it and expressed her dissatisfaction Obviously did not give the waitress a tip I’m appalled that a restaurant could treat people like this Please do not eat here The service is terrible but more importantly, the food is completely inedible if not bad and they treat their clients with disrespect And I’ve never been treated in such a manner at any restaurant ever I’m surprised your restaurant like this could even be in business also overpriced

We're new vegans and new to Thai food.The waitress was was very nice and showed us what we could eat.The food was delicious. The staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean.We're going back for sure.Vegetarian options: Lots of choices for vegans
