Simon's Prime Hamburgers - Windsor

This review is for the new Tecumseh location. Our first time there was ok. Nothing special. Food was decent with large portions. My wife's bottom bun had a very hard spot on it, like when you defrost something in a microwave and overcook it. Thought we'd give it another try due to the intriguing variety on the menu. Tonight was inedible. This place won't make it like this. I had the bacon mushroom Swiss burger, my wife had the Greek and a Texas tornado poutine. The bacon on my burger was so thick and hard I couldn't bite through it or chew it. The same bacon was in the poutine and it's awful. Took it all out. Poutine needed more curds as well. My burger was very dry and tasteless. No Swiss mushroom flavor, just dry. My wife's burger was plain. She said you couldn't tell it was Greek. Lacked tzaziki flavor. $38 bucks for two burgers and poutine. Not sure if people are already catching on, but place was empty. Service is a bit in the slow side too. Staff is very courteous however. Won't go back. You got me twice. Won't be a third time

Another place thats my first and my last time ordering from. My fries tasted like handsoap and my burger was pretty dissatisfying. Never again!!!

Their burgers are my favorite! Such a good spot to eat

Arrivatsd at 810. For my order scheduled for 815 pickup.20minites later. I inquire where my order is.They put it in the doordash box and didn't tell me it was ready.
