I’m very sorry to say that they are not welcoming at all. Pineapple jam they serve is really gross and felt they served the fibre only. They took 20 minutes to take the order and no one asked me how the food was. Sorry it was really rude. Bad experience!
Jen needs to go. She’s extremely disrespectful and does not understand the first thing when it comes to friendliness to her staff or her paying customers .I will not be coming back here until she’s gone. Looks like i’m not the only one having this issue either…
Very rude management. “Jen” should learn how to treat other people. Being rude to your employees does not bring in customers, ESPECIALLY in front of customers……
Not very kind management at all. Friendly staff should be one of the top priorities, that’s what brings customers back in. No wonder why they are desperately hiring. I do not recommend anyone dine-in here.
