Johnny Rockets - Windsor

Whether you're on a Royal Caribbean cruise or visiting Caesars Windsor, this was an absolutely amazing experience! The food was top-notch and I can't wait to come back again. This will definitely be a regular stop for me!

I was informed that takeout was not available and had to be seated at the counter. I understand that they were busy, so that was not an issue. However, I waited over 10 minutes without being served. To make matters worse, a couple who came in after me was able to order takeout before me. When I finally asked to place my order, the waitress (an older lady) was rude and walked away. Overall, it was a terrible experience with awful customer service. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. When I finally received my burger, it was not worth my time or money.

I have never been disappointed when I have gone for breakfast or lunch at this restaurant. Linda, who is a familiar face, is extremely friendly and has an amazing memory. I can't even remember what I usually order, but she always remembers. Make sure to only order the pancakes if you have a big appetite, as they are quite large.

Sadly even though the staff were kind, and I would like to rate this location higher if I could. The food is bland and tasteless, and over priced.The atmosphere gets some points being located in Ceasars Casino, but there's just better options to dine at. Like Cafe 377.
