Chuck's Roadhouse - Windsor

Went to Chuck's with the family Saturday afternoon after my son's baptism. We were a party of 15 and called 10 minutes before we showed up. To my surprise they already had a section put together for us. Our server was very friendly and everyone enjoyed their meal.Kid-friendliness: My 3 smaller children each ordered something different off the kids menu, they were not disappointed. Cost vs portion sizes were reasonable

The lighting is so bad you can baelrely see your food and that may be a good thing, as I became ill after eating there and so did my dinner partner. The servers have to pay the cooks who make more than they do anyway .

Good choices of food reasonable prices. The up charges for every single thing are ridiculous not appreciated.

Food and service were good but restaurant was dirty. Sticky table, windows were gross and filthy as well as bathrooms. Management is slacking on making sure restaurant is cleaned at the end of the day.

We were seated at a table that was clean however someone had vomitted on the floor beneath the table and this was missed between customers. The servers were great once we notified them and cleaned it promptly.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible for wheelchair and mobility assistanted people.
